Why not consider joining New Creation Ministries to help the church in Rwanda function as the Body of Christ? Though ideally NCM will be mainly staffed by Rwandese, there is still a big need for expatriate involvement. At this point, because of NCM's unique relationship with WorldVenture, all of its job postings are listed through this missionary sending agency.

(1) New Creation Ministries Leadership Trainers: NCM needs teachers! Honestly, teacher is a weak word because teaching with New Creation Ministries is anything but stereotypical. Rather, NCM's trainers/teachers are involved in non-formal discipleship ministries, including the Pastoral Training School, visiting students in their homes, lay leadership training and more!

(2) New Creation Ministries Trainer in Family Health & Development: NCM has numerous opportunities to offer training in family health and development. This ministry would exist to both support current NCM departments by offering their participants good training in this field, and the trainer would have additional opportunities to use Family Health and Development as a unique avenue for discipleship in Rwandese churches.

(3) New Creation Ministries Promoter and Fundraiser: This is the perfect opportunity for someone who strongly believes in the value of NCM's ministry but wants to be able to support NCM's ministry while primarily living in the States.

(4) Vision Trip: Are you or your church interested in learning more about what NCM does? Consider putting together a short trip to come to Rwanda to see the ministry and find appropriate ways to connect with NCM.
